Такой подход к построению системы моделей, при котором цели верхнего уровня иерархии (см. Иерархическая структура) выводятся путем согласования целей (интересов) нижних уровней иерархии с помощью некоторого экономического механизма. Ср. Декомпозиционный подход; см. также Модели равновесия.
